CONDUCT AN ANNUAL REVIEW 

Before looking forward, it's important to look back. So many of us focus on goal setting, but it's equally important to review the year - to evaluate what worked and equally as important to evaluate what did not.

Year end reviews are common in business. It's an opportunity to take stock of the financial status of the company, if goals were met and the status of our personnel.

But what often gets neglected, is conducting a personal review, and these are just as important. Because just like a performance staff review - you learn what your strengths are and where you should focus your efforts for development and growth in the coming year.
