Dr. Leslie Kim

Dr. Leslie Kim is a dual board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. She is an Associate Professor and Division Director of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, the fourth highest ranked Otolaryngology department in the nation.

Originally from Long Island, NY, Dr. Kim obtained her undergraduate and medical degrees through the prestigious Honors Program In Medical Education at Northwestern University, an accelerated seven-year BA/MD program. During her time in Chicago, she also obtained a Master in Public Health (MPH) degree because of her passion for serving those who are medically underserved, both in the United States and abroad.

Following a five-year residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, she underwent advanced training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Johns Hopkins, highly regarded to be one of the top academic training programs in the nation for facial plastic surgery. Dr. Kim’s practice focuses exclusively on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck.

Outside of her roles in clinical practice, research, and education, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling (arguably too often), and the arts.
