Dr. Danielle Jones

Dr. Danielle Jones is a full-scope Obstetrician and Gynecologist, assistant professor, and video content creator in College Station, TX.

Known online as Mama Doctor Jones  she has a passion for sharing her life experiences and women’s health information in an effort to help women and moms live their most fulfilled life by making choices that best serve their families and future.

Dr. Jones and her husband have 4 children, born at various points throughout her medical training. 

Dr. Mona Stone

Dr. Mona Stone, is not only an esteemed oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing full scope surgery, she is an activist, philanthropist and the co-founder to the grassroot organizations RealHeroNeedsmasks and TheVirtualMentor.  She is also on staff and face call at Baylor Medical Center in Grapevine, Irving, and at Methodist Hospital. 

Besides her role in the community she is a mother of two beautiful toddlers, Max, 1, and Sofia, 3. She’s an avid supporter of motor sports, Formula 1, and kart racing.

Dr. Leslie Kim

Dr. Leslie Kim is a dual board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Dr. Roohi Jeelani

Roohi Jeelani MD, MPH is a reproductive endocrinologist at VIOS Fertility. She not only is part of a successful private practice, but has the distinguished honor of securing a prestigious K-12 grant for her research 

Dr. Jeelani graduated from Ross University School of Medicine and completed residency in Ob/Gyn & fellowship in REI at Wayne State University 

She has authored publications and chapters in well known journals highlighting cutting-edge REI advancements, from preimplemention genetic diagnosis to enhanced embryo transfer, and has presented at national/international conferences and symposiums focused on advancements in women’s health.

Dr. Nichelle Haynes

Nichelle Haynes is a perinatal psychiatrist with special interest in pregnancy and early parenting. She works as a psychiatrist at Reproductive Psychiatry Clinic of Austin where she also serves as CEO. She is a wife and mother of 2 energetic young boys who keep her busy. She has also recently co-founded Aluma, a self-discovery workbook for moms. Nichelle is a former inpatient psychiatrist where she founded and directed an inpatient psychiatric unit exclusively for women. After redefining career goals she transitioned to outpatient care and prioritizing her own mental health and the needs of her family.
 

Dr. Lori Atkins

Dr. Atkins takes an integrated approach to medicine. In her medical practice, she enjoys the more active duties of performing surgery and delivering babies. She also thrives on the simple, and important, day-to-day patient interactions. Working with each patient, Dr. Atkins formulates a plan that may combine lifestyle changes, holistic choices and Western medicine. “I love helping empower women to care for themselves,” she says.

A graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Dr. Atkins is a member of these organizations: American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, and Tarrant County Medical Society.

Dr. Usiwoma Abugo

Dr. Usiwoma Abugo is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in Orbital and Facial Cosmetic Surgery at Virginia Eye Consultants. Her completion of a rigorous Neuro-ophthalmology and Orbital and Facial Cosmetic Fellowship is a testament to her skill.

Throughout her career, Dr. Abugo has been an avid researcher, starting her career in high school doing research with the National Institutes of Health. She has since published many scientific works and presented at national and international conferences. Dr. Christy Chen

Dr. Chen is a board certified internist and geriatrician who has an outpatient practice at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN. She also is trained to perform acupuncture (certified through the HELMS institute of UCLA) and incorporates this into her daily practice as a way to offer integrative medicine options for various chronic disease management. She is passionate about geriatric education and serves as a program director for the Mayo Alix school of medicine "Senior Sages" geriatrics curriculum, course director for the annual geriatrics update CME conference, and works closely with fellows in residents as an educator/preceptor during their geriatric rotation block. Her research interests include improving the quality of dementia care through integrative medicine, palliative care services in the home, care transitions and new models of delivering high quality service to homebound and frail patients. She has presented her work internationally on various topics including integrative medicine in the care of the elderly, nutrition, wound care, comprehensive pain management and the importance of a functional assessment in the older adult. Recreationally, Dr. Chen enjoys photography, training in Brazilian jiujitsu and traveling.

Dr. Hafiza Khan

Dr. Hafiza Khan, MD, MMSc, FACC, FHRS is a cardiac electrophysiologist at Baylor Scott & White, Arrhythmia Management. She obtained her M.D. from UCLA School of Medicine in 1992 and her fellowship in cardiovascular disease and cardiac electrophysiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, an affiliate of the Harvard Medical School. She also holds a master’s in medical science degree from M.I.T. Dr. Khan has been in practice in the Dallas area since 2001 and sees patients in Plano, Denton, and McKinney. She performs procedures at Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospital Plano. In addition to performing catheter ablation for cardiac arrhythmias, implantation of pacemakers, and implantable cardiac defibrillators, she provides consultation to patients experiencing fainting, palpitations, and atrial fibrillation. When not performing her clinical responsibilities, she teaches EKG interpretation to cardiology Fellows. She has been a principal investigator in several clinical research studies and recently co-authored a study in prevention of pacemaker infections in the New England Journal of Medicine. 

She and her husband of 31 years have been enjoying their empter-nester status as their two sons currently pursue their college education.

Dr. Michelle Rockwell

Dr. Michelle Rockwell is a Family Medicine Specialist in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She graduated with honors from University Of Michigan Medical School in 2011. Dr. Rockwell has more than 10 years of diverse experiences, especially in family medicine and sports medicine.

Dr. Shieva Ghofrany

Shieva Ghofrany, MD FACOG has been in private practice since 2003 at Coastal Obstetrics & Gynecology in Stamford.  After completing a liberal arts bachelor’s degree at Georgetown University she then completed a post-baccalaureate pre-medical program at Columbia University. She attended medical school at Tel Aviv University/Sackler School of Medicine after which she completed her residency at Stamford Hospital/Columbia University.  She then pursued coursework in “Integrative Health and Healing” through The Graduate Institute in Connecticut which she completed in summer of 2016. Read more.

Dr. Elizabeth Ignacio

Dr. Ignacio was born in the Philippines, and grew up in Honolulu.  She graduated from ‘Iolani School, and represented Hawai‘i in the America’s Junior Miss college scholarship competition, where she received the national award for academic distinction.  She was a National Merit Scholar, and she pursued her undergraduate training at Georgetown University in Washington DC, where she earned her B.S. degree in biology.  She continued at Georgetown for medical school, and earned her doctorate in medicine.
