A coaching relationship is a two-way confidentiality, and a group coaching program involves the confidentiality of all members in both directions.It is expressly prohibited by law to share with anyone or use in any way, anything that resides at, or originates as a result of the process of conducting business with Rupa Wong MD LLC and the Attending Lounge program, without written permission from Rupa Wong. This includes, but is not limited to the following: information about other Attending Lounge members and their coaching sessions and sketches, drawings, renderings or photographs of work done by Rupa Wong MD LLC. Use of, dissemination of, or distribution of any of the aforementioned items or any other company property or portion thereof, or any information gained while participating in Attending Lounge including names or personal information or posts by other members, for any purpose whatsoever, unless given written consent by Rupa Wong and the other group member, is considered theft and is a criminal offense, punishable under the laws of the state of Hawaii. There is no end date to the term of effectiveness of this confidentiality agreement. However, should the coaching relationship orAttending Lounge be terminated, such termination shall be upon written notice to the other party.All remaining obligations under the confidentiality agreement remain in full force and effect after any termination of the consulting.Retaining the privacy and confidentiality of our clients, members and our company is very important to us. It is the express intention of Rupa Wong MD LLC and the Attending Lounge program that if we receive any indication there has been a breach of this agreement, Rupa Wong MD, LLC will do all inits power to ensure the involved persons are held accountable and appropriate legal action will be taken.By purchasing, you agree to these terms as a condition of a client of Rupa Wong MD LLC and the Attending Lounge membership program, and understand that you will be legally responsible for maintaining confidentiality as it is described in this agreement, even after your business with Rupa Wong MD LLC and your Attending Lounge membership is concluded. In turn, Rupa Wong MD LLC will adhere to the same guidelines regarding your personal information.

STATEMENT OF INTENT

In any coaching program, change is part of the coaching process. You should be aware that ups and downs are normal in coaching, as is reaching a plateau. Note that we need to have “down cycles” to achieve growth and change. After all, that’s why you’re reaching out to Rupa Wong and the Attending Lounge membership.  For the coaching process to work, Rupa Wong and the Attending Lounge program need your permission/agreement that we may:

● Challenge you or ask difficult questions

● Be up front and direct with you

● Give you forms, exercises, or homework to complete

 

Here are some things to remember:

● Role of Coach is to help work out, set, clarify, and maintain focus on your goals

To help you establish your own solutions and strategies.

To encourage, support, and believe in you! Even when you do not.

To raise your self-awareness, CHALLENGE you and help you to recognize where you may be holding yourself back.

● Role of Client/Member

To be honest and open.

Be willing to adopt a more curious outlook on your life.

Be ready to be fully accountable to yourself for your life/decisions/actions.

o Be willing to do the work needed to achieve results.

o To embrace an abundant mindset and be open to new ideas and solutionst hat you may not have heard previously or that you didn’t think would work for you.YOU are responsible for YOUR results. Success is directly related to your commitment and effort made.

ATTENDING LOUNGE MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

The Attending Lounge membership is intended to be part of your long-term growth plan. We advise members to commit to a minimum of a full year’s membership in order to consistently implement the teachings and establish sustainable life changes.We view professional and personal development as an ongoing commitment to the transformation of your life. The membership program is not intended to be something you pop in and out of month to month. The entire year’s cost of House Calls for Physicians is a fraction of the cost incurred with other long-term physician coaching programs or conferences. We’ve created a membership model that is affordable to everyone, and creates a high impact for our members and regularly over delivers on value.Your membership will automatically renew at the end of your payment period, and continue witht he payment methods you’ve chosen unless you choose to switch payment formats, upgrade or cancel your membership per our cancellation policy.If you are simply feeling overwhelmed, discouraged or confused; please reach out to us at [email protected] touch base and discuss an action plant hat will help you get over the hump. Remember, everyone has their own pace andy ou cannot implement in one month what you can learn in a month. That is why Attending Lounge is meant to be a “long game.” So, let us know if you are struggling to leverage the content for your life each month and we’ll point you to where to start first to see the quickest results and build momentum.If you decide to cancel your membership, you must do so in writing to [email protected] and [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to renewal. Since content and program access are instant, we do not refund payments that have already been made. By requesting a cancellation, you are agreeing to our Terms stated below.

 

CANCELLATION TERMS

If you cancel your membership, note that you will no longer have access to the Attending Lounge membership site or past member materials and assets once you are no longer an active member. Any items you’ve downloaded prior to canceling your membership are yours to keep. But, your access to the community, content, materials will cease when your membership ends. Rupa Wong MD LLC reserves the right to update these terms as needed.Your purchase verifies that you have read and agree to our Terms.
